Passionate about architecture, we wanted to blend perspectives, simple spaces, light and functionality to be able to offer you an immediate sense of well-being.

Both house revolves around the communal spaces, with a kitchen opening onto the living room, with its cathedral ceilings opening to the exterior, a view of the bay and direct access to the terrace facing due south. There are three bedrooms in the Villa 1, all on the ground floor, a bathroom, a laundry room with an Italian shower, and an outside shower, precious after a day on the beach. There are 7 bedrooms in the Villa 1.
